Recently I have had an experience. I came across this Customer Care Executive guess what in a school! This was very surprising for me as I used to think Customer Care people work for shops and BPOs where they “Sell” something. Now what is being sold in a school? Education?
Perhaps yes! With the kind of fees these so called International schools charge, the parents need to be sure they are getting value for their money :D. The Customer Care phone is always ringing and the executive with a puffed up face but sweet voice is picking up with the same line, “Yes how may I help you?” Lol. So I wonder if the parents are customers and school a shop, what the children are buying? And why don’t they keep the name like Mega School just like Mega Mart? Eeks!
